2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission 315s rub on one side

I got a 2001 quad cab long bed 4x4 with a 2 inch spacer and 315s and 16x10s with 4. 5 inches of back spacing. Is there something wrong if the driver side rubs when turning left. I even ground a little away and it still hits. The right side clears the sheet metal but touches the inner plastic fender occasionaly. I am guessing the is the stock track bar causeing this?

If you had an adjustable track bar you could center the front axle. !!
