32,000 miles, What should I check

I am coming close to my 32,000 mile mark and need to schedule an appointment to get a few things fixed. I am going to have them replace the torn door seal and look into the seat movement. Should I trust them to check the balljoints or should I check them first? What other things do I need to have done at this point? I have had the computer reflashed for the mileage issue. Thanks for any input you may have.
