For that first picture - it's a fake... look at the shadow the pair of lungs is casting... should be going on the hips of the other gal since they are walking side by side. The curb is another give-a-way - tall left hand is there... right hand it's near the elbow.

The gal in the 2nd picture, posted by Eric, is actually 6'5" as I recall, I just read a brief article specifically about her in some recent magazine. When she wears the heels in the picture, she is just at 7' I believe. As I recall she lives in Las Vegas? Anyway, Me Like 'Em TALL!!!!!!!!
