For those of you running the Toyo Open Country M/T's.

1. How are they wearing or how many miles have you got out of a set?

2. Are they noisy? (not a big deal as I have a straight pipe and stereo system to cover the noise)

3. What kind of pressure are you running in them?

I currently have 33" Nitto Terra Grapplers. I have got 34,000 miles on them and expect to get another 3,000 from them. I plan to do a 4" lift and run 35's.

I have been satisfied with the Nitto's, but those Toyo M/T's look real good :-laf And they are a E load range

I also have a connection to get the Toyo's at $10 over cost per tire. But that is still more than I can the Nitto's for from Discount Tire Co.

Just looking for soem Pro's and Con's

Thanks, Brad

I've put about 4k on them so far and love them. First had 'em pumped up pretty firm (50), then did a trip to Baja and then lowered the pressure half way in the trip to compare. Huge difference! For off road, about 30-35 front and 25-30 rear. This is empty/no load. Street is about 40 for both.

Now I put the OEM BFG's back on and they feel harsh, and they look absolutely puny in those huge wheel wells. Of the 4k I've driven them, it's been about 50/50 on road and off. I cannot notice any wear at all so far. I even have most of the little knobs on the sidewall. They are slightly louder than stock, but not annoying. I'm very tempted to put them back on full time, but will probably wear out the BFG's first. Hope this helps.

i've got almost 9k on mine with great tire wear ( time for rotate) running empty 99% of the time. road noise with these is excellent. my brother just put a set of 35's on his d-max, he loves his too.
