2015 3500 died on me while driving down the road twice. First time we fixed the TIPM and thought it was running fine. Did it again and has been at the shop since. We have tried the PCM, all fuses, wiring, fuel pump, fuel injectors, injector pump, lift pump, everything down the entire fuel rail. It is not getting fuel pressure. Our mechanic and several others around can not figure out what it is. Any help?

Sounds like you have thrown a lot of parts at it and are in the same place you started from. What diagnosis led you to replace all the parts? First thing I would do is give it a shot of starting fluid and find out if the engine is mechanically sound. It only has to fire for a second. Once you know the engine is sound you can start to diagnose. Lift pump volume? is there actually fuel in the tank, not water? Does it build rail pressure? If no rail pressure does it build rail pressure with the FCA disconnected? Is the little round red security light on the dash on?
You need to diagnose it logically and stop throwing parts at it.

Your first post says they tried all fuses. Were they blown the first time and then they didn't check them again? Does not make sense.

We replaced the tipm and the truck fired up and ran for about 3 days back in December. It shut down again. We didn’t think anything was wrong with the TIPM because it was brand new. That’s when they ran through everything and tried the pcm. Pcm was put in and I guess never checked the fuses on the tipm because it was brand new.

The parts cannon can get you! Sometimes you need to step back and look at the whole picture. Step by step diagnosis will get you going in the right direction. Glad to hear that you got it figured out, Anything electrical can make you pull your hair out! Don't trust that it's good till you verify that it's good! Check and double check.

OK, that makes sense. Hopefully the ECM was really bad.
