We have had 4 broken fly wheels, including a heavy duty after market. We have been told the deleting that was done causes too much power. Does anyone have discussion on this topic?

I have a few questions that may help us answer your question.
What year truck and series of engine such as 5.9L or 6.7L? Do you have a manual or automatic transmission? IF DRW what differential gearing is in the truck? If an older truck and SRW what is the differential gearing. Since the trucks built after 2013.5 SRW only offer the 3:42 differential gearing. How much HP/TQ was added when deleting your truck?

I have a 2008 Ram Mega Cab, 6.7L with a 68RFE automatic transmission and 3.73 gear set. I am running 60HP/120TQ over stock and I have 84K + miles with my set up and I have had no issues with this set up. I tow in this configuration, towing a 34RL Cedar Creek 5er. The truck has a total of 105K miles on the OD.

2015, 6.7, 410 rear end, 5 inch exhaust, and dialed to lowest setting. We have 228k on it and deleted at 100k.

Sorry if i missed the obvious, as i do sometimes, but is the trans a manual? Broken flywheels at the lowest power setting is bad. There must be another cause or they could be collateral damage from a different issue. Interested in what you find.
Also, on another note. I plan to delete after warranty expires unless i have issues before that. How much soot buildup did you have waiting that long if any? Was the intake removed to clean up the grid heater? Or were the parts left on and just deleted electronically?

I assume you have an automatic with a "FLEXPLATE" ??? Yes with extra power the stock plates will crack. Try a BD they are rated for more power than you are producing.

If an automatic, flexplate cracking outside of crank bolt circle?

Inspect for missing, damaged dowel sleeves on engine to trans adapter plate, damaged dowel holes in trans case and anything that might be creating angular or concentric misalignment of trans to engine.

Pic's cut thru verbal descriptions quite nicely.

What transmission and how is it built? You probably need to consider and SFI billet piece if you are breaking them, or, lighten the load.
