I have a 07 cab and chassis 2wd and need to change original ball joints. Does anybody know if these are the same ball joints that fit the 4wd 3500 cab and chassis and 3500 pickups? No body seems to know at auto parts store or even my dodge dealer any help would be greatly appreciated

They should be the same, the only difference is a gutted pumpkin and no I joints or shaft going to the front bearings. In fact my 2014 has the same except they ran a strait tube W/O pumpkin housing.

That is what I think to but I just want to make sure before I drop 650 for a set of dynatrac ball joints that there gonna be the right ones

Dynatrac should know this. ??????? Jack up your front end and remove your tires, you'll see what I'm talking about. If you do indeed have a C&C you'll see the splines where the axle splines would slip into, in fact all you need to do is remove your hubcaps and see it. Dynatrac should be aware of this, and have the supplier put it in writing, if your getting them direct from Dynatrac have an email trail about this subject. As I noted, the newer 2WD's 2500/3500 have the solid axle in front, they just deleted the pumpkin and axles. But it will be the same front ends as the 4WD. If you want, I'm close to rotating my tires, and I'll email you pictures of the ball joints from my 07 C&C and you can compare. The dealer parts guy should just have to input your VIN, and print the part numbers.
