Well I put one in my IH scout and as I remember off the top of my head 36" is what you need between the radiator and the fire wall if you use an electric fan and dump the fan hub. If you have a decent radiator you will have no problems. My electric fan only comes on when I am climbing hills going slowly on the hottest days otherwise it never comes on. There is a link to my conversion pictures in my signature. All I can say is it is the funnest thing I have ever driven.

I can't get your website address in your sig to work- I would like to see the photo's of your scout though.

Not to sound illiterate- but I still cannot get the link to work to view those photos. Gives me an internal network error... Can anyone post a few photos a dfferent way?

Tractorman,

if you click on the blue linik it should work fine. I just tryed it and it works from my house. If I knew how to post them here I would but the files are too big and it takes me forever to make them smaller due to my lack of photo editing and software skills.

Treven.
