Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) 3rd Gear Issue?

Down and dirty:



Had installed a ConO clutch for up to 500 horse about 6 months ago. Works great and smooth in conjunction with the Adrenaline that I installed as well. Well, starting about a week ago, third starts grinding after 1900 rpm on the upshift, nothing downshift . Double clutching works and eliminates grinding. Three days ago, now I must double clutch on the down shift as well. Am I looking at a failed synchro or is gear itself finally crapped the bed? Any and all help would be appreciated, please write if more info is needed. Thanks guys!!!!

The synchro is done! The 3rd to 4th synchro sleeve and 3rd gear may be worn also. Have to get it apart and look at it. If the gear craps the bed you will know it. Missing teeth will make some noise!!!!!!!!
