3rd Gen Track Bar Longevity - 2nd Gen Conversion?

I will be installing the 3rd Gen track bar on two 2nd gen trucks - '96 & '00 - via Marv's bracket. Do the stock/factory 3rd gen bars have any premature failure problems such that I should get a lifetime warranty 3rd gen track bar from Napa/Autozone/Kragens? I can get the factory 3rd gen bar for ~$50 less than an 'aftermarket' version.

i don't recall anyone here or over on the dtr posting about a failed trackbar...

Can't complain about mine, but of course she only has 4963 miles on her rite now :-laf

I just had mine installed at Carli Suspension in Orange,Ca. Sage the owner has never seen a wear problem with the 3rd gen trackbars. No problems with the Fords or older Chevys,Dodges etc.
