So what did you put on the engine in place of the one your selling??

This was an extra that I purchased from one of our members. I thought I had stripped out the oil fill cap threads on mine. I was using Amsoils swivel oil fill cap and everytime I screwed down the cap. it would tighten then loosen and spew oil. Come to find out, it was the cap not the cover. The cap does not have enough threads to allow the cap to seat properly. Talked to Amsoil customer service, they sent me out a new one... I still run into the same problem. I refined the Napa cap and it works wonderful. Long story... long... I have an extra valve cover, this is the one I had purchased... I never installed it.
