Hi guys
Needed some new tires and ended up finding a great deal on a set of wheels from a 2007. 5 that the guy swapped out for some 20" rims. The tires are almost new BFGs ATs.
The issue I'm having is at the very end of the turning radius the tire tread catches and rubs against the front end. Most of the time there isn't a problem, but in a tight spot I have to turn the wheel all the way and then turn back slightly. My concern is if I inadvertently take too sharp of a turn going a little too fast and the tread really catches a piece of the front end...
I remembered reading some previous posts that the 3rd Gen wheels fit just fine on our 2nd Gens, but I guess the tires are too big?
Anything that can be done to limit the turning of the wheels so that the tires won't rub?
Thanks for any ideas
