I made mine for under $200 out of a piece of flex pipe, some straight pipe, and a few angles from a Truck Center nearby.

Bubble gum, hair spray, and rubber bands ... really cheap. Ask Tugboat Phil... . he knows where to get some cardboard mailing tubes for free that will work.

I bought mine from Janetty... he didn't advertise one but when I asked he pieced a system together.

I think it is similar to Rips.

HEY!! I resemble that remark! I'm not saying that I'm cheap, but I won't even pay attention!! :-laf

Actually those cardboard tubes cost $. 03.

Try big exhaust .com. I got the pipe that goes around the transfer case for my stack project and the fit is excellent. The website lists several brands, just go to Big Exhaust brand.

I had a 4" muffler & tailpipe for a 2nd gen, bought a stick of 4" pipe and a 3" to 4" adapter. Stepped up to 4" just after the down pipe goes horizontal. A few wire feed boogers and a coulple clamps and I was all set.

I've gotten two 4" systems from Big Exhaust.com, one for my 1990, and one for my 1992. I believe the whole system (from the turbo back) was less than $400. 00 without a muffler, but it included the muffler replacement pipe. It's a great system, well worth the $$.
