Getting close to going w/ a 4" exhaust. Dont want to change out the 3" BD brake. Is this a problem?

Do they have downpipes that connect to the brake? Or do I have to go to the 4" brake?

Any recommendations? Also what sounds the best without being too loud? Thanks.

The 3" brake replaces the stock elbow. 4" exhaust can be bought that bolts up to it and then expands to 4" at the top of the downpipe.

Alright Joe, thanks for the reply. . Thats what I was hoping for.

Keeping the 3" brake will have some restriction, but having 4" past there will cut down on the added backpressure of the rest of the system. That would be just fine.

For anyone interested, if youre gonna get a brake, might as well go with the 4" brake & exhaust to begin with. Live & learn.

:D :D I went to Bulldog and had a 4in pipe with a Magnaflow muffler,This a tubro back system Works GREAT my turbo don't seem to get over 600 degrees, also they installed Edge Products stage one magic box . With this set up I can still get 12mpg towing a 38ft Avion 5th wheel thats over loaded like almost everyone else. The sound is not much louder than stock.
