Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) 4" exhaust vs stock

New to this site and BOMBing. I have a Magna Flow muffler with a 4" pipe coming out of it. However, the pipe is stock all the way up to the turbo. Would it be a good idea to change that out to 4" all the way up? If so, about how much $$$ am I looking at. Also, what is this RIP exhaust system I keep hearing about?

Yes, it is a good idea to have a 4" system from the turbo on back, helps with EGT's, turbo spools better, sounds great, etc. It was the 1st mod I made to my truck the day I got it! Rip Rook has a real good system fairly reasonable, and is real good to deal with. www.sourceautomotive.com

I haven't found anything on the Rip system. What does it come with and where do find one?
