I'm getting ready to purchase exhaust for this truck as the factory system is in awful shape. I looked at Pinnacle Power's system that they have a sale going on for. Has anyone used this system? It is 4" complete from the turbo back. Looking for an affordable system that is good quality.

And how do the 4" sound on the 12v's?

4" exaust

I recently replaced my 95 2 wheel drive exaust with a 4 incher and opted for the Aeroturbine with resonator muffler. I bought it off of Ebay from a place in South Carolina. They sold me the straight pipe kit since the Aeroturbine muffler is shorter than standard. The install was amazingly simple and I used a Sawzall to yard out the old stuff. It is a 2 six pack job. After I completed the install I went to a local muffler guy to have him tack weld everything together. Good Luck. Bill Z

How do you like your new exhaust?

TX Gooseneck,

If you want an easy to install system that includes a muffler that is packed with lifetime materials give us a call. So many systems have a hollow can muffler or use low temp materials that dissappear real fast, folks get tired of the loudness of it and then buy a second muffler to replace the first. Very expensive and a PITA to deal with too.

Mark @ DPPI

Boy Mark, that says it all. My old Jardine 4" is a good system, but is loud as heck! I have to yell to the person next to me in the cab just to have a conversation.

How much quieter is your system than the compitition? i have had my current exhust on the truck for about 3 1/2 years and am definitely going deaf from it (alone with shooting my 50 BMG :-laf ).

Is there a way to splice in my old CAT (hollowed out of course) into your exhasust system?

I got your pm and sent you one in return ;)

Mark Craig is absolutely right...

I put a 4" stainless from DPPI in mine. It was very easy once I got the old one out. Bolted right up. About an hour and a half from start to finish layin on my back. Never even had to jack up the truck. Nice sound, good tone and no @#!* Noise... . Very cool. :-laf
