I found this on a site through TDR's Link area. I looks to be pretty cheap. Has any one tried this. Is it worth $300. ?

Yeah, I really want the stacks and I really plan on doing that. I just was going to use this until I get everything built.

90% of the time I am empty. But when I do pull(read sig)

I'm kind of heavy and I do not baby it at all.

Is that shipping weight right? How on earth does an exhaust system weigh 110 lbs. ?!



Also, note that that system is made with 16 gauge steel. I think Jardine's and some other brands are 14 ga. which may hold up better if they use salt on the roads in your area.

They are pretty heavy - the muffler alone probably goes 40# + all the other pipe.

If you go 5in with a free flow muffler it'll have some weight to it.

go for the stacks now and save the labor of doing it twice. mines ALL 304SS done once, 3yrs. ,still shiny even in NE salt & bumps!!

Wow! Guess I never realized how much weight was hanging off those poor rubber exhaust mounts! I wonder how much the stock system weighs . . .

5 inch is a huge waste of money unless you are going for the cool factor or planning on getting over 750 HP.

I have made up my mind. When the time is right, I am going to call olee and get set up. he seems to be very helpful.
