2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission 4" lift on standard cab pictures

Anyone have pics of a reg cab 2nd gen with a 4-5 inch lift on maybe 315s or 35s? Thanks!

I have 4" lift in the front, and 3" rear.

Tires are 37 X 12. 50, but measure about 36. 4"

... well, the pics in my readers rigs of my '74 Power Wagon show the 4" lift it had, at least in the front - rear had 6" but the length made up for the height.
