4" spacer and 2 inch block? (who makes it?)

I have the 2" leveling kit on my truck right now. I would like another 2" just to sit a little bit higher. I've seen several trucks with a 4" spacer instead of the 2" spacer in the front. And I'm guessing that they use 2" blocks in the back to level the truck out. Who makes this set up? So I want a total of 4" inches of lift in the front and 2" in the back. TIA

Found this. . maybe it's what I saw... anybody using this lift? It raises the front 4. 5" and the back 2"
