4" turbo outlet

This is probably a silly question but I have the HX-35 on a 12Valve. I currently have 3" exhaust. I am getting ready to put my own 4" exhaust on. Can you get the elbow coming off the turbo in 4" or do you have to stay 3" until you get the downpipe? The reason I ask is that I have to replace that elbow anyway. Because it is a conversion, the elbow had to be modified. Before I start purchasing my supplies, I thought I would check to see if it is possible to get the elbow as a 4"?

You have to stay with the 3" outlet, no way to go bigger. The 4" exhaust ecks down right at the outlet.

Banks makes a 4" turbo outlet pipe. I have one on my '98 24 valve. Don't know if my turbo is same one you have.

With a HX 35 you what you got. To do a 4" you gotta mess with the exhaust housing.
