Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) 4 wheel indicator light

I changed the clutch in my 01 2500 cummings and now the indicator light on the dash shows 4wd when im in 2 high and off when im in 4wd . Do I have vacuum lines reversed?I put the linkage at the original setting. Thetransfer case shifts like it did before. any sugestions would be appreciated.

Do you have a CAD on your 2001? I’m guessing since you had vacuum lines to put back on you do. Then yes it sounds like you might have the lines reversed try switching them where the two attaché to the CAD

mabee its because you have a cummings not a cummins, j/k :-laf



does the 4x4 work when the tcase is in 4x4?

possible some wires got pinched somewhere during the swap. its happpened before
