4500-5500 Series for 2002 model year?

Almost ready to order my new truck. Just a few questions unanswered. Stopped in to my friendly local dealer to get answers. What I really got was rumors about heavy-duty truck availability for 2002 model year. Have I missed something? Has anyone heard anything substantial about 4500-5500 offerings? Any Suggestions for reliable information sources? I'm ready for a new truck, but don't want to be dissapointed in a few months. Of course, I don't want to wait for two or three more years.

K I saw one here in Socal earlier this year and it was a gasser. Talked to a fellows here and he said the dealer told him that the 4500 was a mexico option.

I wonder if I could replace the body in my 2500 with a ramcharger body?
