I never noticed the monster tow hooks before today. Saw them on a 4500. Sure enough, they're factory. Can they be put on a 3500? I looked close but didnt have enough time to measure or anything.

They are huge on the 5500 we own... since the 4500 and 5500 have a unique frame over the other trucks I'd assume that those tow hooks will not interchange... .

But they do look great don't they... lets home as owners their on the trucks for looks and we never have to really use them

I wonder if the 3500 C+C frame is all that different. I read here that it is thinner steel than the 45/5500. Maybe the bodybuilder guides have some info on that...

The dealer in Pahrump, NV had a 3500, 4500, and 5500 parked side by side on their lot during May Madness in early May. I looked them over with another TDR member.

The frames appear identical until you get out a tape measure. They are a little taller on the class 4 and 5 and made of slightly thicker metal.

To answer the tow hook question. The tow hooks were welded to the frame on the class 4 and 5 not bolted on as my class 3 is.
