Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) 47 RE Transmission slip

I have a 2001 ram with the 47 re trans. I've noticed that lately the trans feels like it is slipping, almost fells like a wheel hop.

Dose mean I need a new trans or is it something simple?

What gear do you feel it in? What speed?

Trans work ussually is not simple or cheap but you may have an issue that is easy to fix.

Is it just overdrive and lock up?

When was the last time fluid was changed with the filter?

It's 4:10 rear gear, and it happens when the trans shift form 1st to 2nd, 2nd to 3rd mostly under load

. The last time I had fuild changed was at 132,800 miles, and now have 144,600 miles on the truck.
