Cummins sled puller w/gas RPM's?

VW bug fuel line insulation

Yes, Morgan, Logan, Spanish Fork, Tremonton, Vernal and Ogdon in Utah. Not to mention, Nevada, Idaho, Colorado, Wyoming and Montana:) All Rocky Mountain States, so the tow truck got used pretty hard. I think Arizona might have some of the toughest haul roads of all.

I once worked for Wally Kitchin... The reason that I was hired was I asked... I didn't meet the man on best terms the first time around... Long story lol!!!

He had one of the best 2WD trucks I'd ever seen!!! Cheap Shot!!!!

While digging up memories, I remember the "Happy Hooker" 2WD class truck was stored in a shop on the same road. IIRC, it belonged to Denny Stuart.

I sure do miss the 1990's!!!

Cheap Shot was before my time I think. I have seen Cheap Shot Reloaded pull lots of times. Skylar Neibaur owns/pulls it.

Not sure if it is the same puller, but the Happy Hooker is still pulling, Jeff Bradford pulls it. Cant find a picture of it, but here is Reloaded, about a '56 GM.

The old Ford didn't let me down even after the neglect of 4 years. Three day pull with three wins. Best pull was Friday night, it laid down a 325' pass for the win and followed that up with a 322' Saturday. I did get embarrassed Thursday night. I pulled the weight bar and weights off last summer and left them off. My suspension mods did not play well without the front end weight, (1000 lbs) So after it bucking and me getting out of it 4 times in 289' I still managed a win:p Friday, I pulled all the mods off.

My closest competitor was a '2000 Dodge 2500 v/10 and a late '80's model 4 door Chevy Dually. They both out weighed me by a wide margin (I weigh 5500 now)but the old 428 prevailed. I will have a video later, if my son can figure out how to send it, off his tablet.

56' Chevy is my old boss's truck!!! Bright yellow 1956 Chevy cab with some goodies under the hood!!! Happy Hooker, and Grape Ape, were pretty cool back then also!!!

I really appreciated being happy back then!!!

I bet that both still remember tasting some pink gasoline from the middle pump lol!!!

I remember seeing only three pumps at the Husky station back then. Unleaded, regular, and diesel. My grandpa always used the middle pump just because...

There is one small puller in Arizona but they are hit and miss and poor advertising.

It's central California, northern Utah or northern Colorado. My brother in Montana still pulls his '78 Ford, over 40 years now.

Here it is CHI equipped with a 434, 400M based, prior to that it was equipped with Trick Flow top end. The little sucker gets it.

Here he has finally moved up to a BBF 556, he had to, to compete, the trucks were going crazy with power.

Been over two years getting this back up and running, engine builders are 1 and 2 years out.

1st place out of 6 trucks even with an early shut down because of the berm.
