48RE does not like 2nd gear on light throttle

I have an issue with my 2007, under light throttle it seems like it does not know what to do when it needs to change into 2nd gear, it does not slip, it just seems to jump between 1st and 2nd, does it a bit with 3rd also, with a heavier throttle all is fine. I have just had the transmission serviced about a month ago and the truck has only 61,000 miles on it, I have heard about batteries that are old cause issues, but mine are about 6 months old. Anyone else had this?

It is called shuttle shift and is pretty common on the TTVA managed transmissions. A custom valve body setup correctly is a good fix for it as can be some playing with front band adjustment and pressures thru a shift kit.
