I ordered a superior shift kit and some other parts recommended by members here quite some time back and after a long wait, am finally installing.
Couple questions for clarification.
1. I bought the sonnax billet accumulator. The shift kit instructions are for reusing the factory accumulator and installing the pink spring provided by the kit (photo of instructions below). My question is, when using the sonnax billet accumulator, do I still install the pink spring?
2. The stock accumulator fell freely to the ground upon removal of the valve body and seems to have no resistance when reinserted, leading me to think it wasn't sealing to the bore much at all. Is this normal for the stock accumulator?
3. Is there anything else a guy should know when replacing the servo, accumulator, strut and anchor?
The directions make this shift kit seem tedious, but pretty doable, I am flying blind with the accumulator, servo, strut and anchor though, only the servo came with any paperwork.
