2005 Cummins Run-Away

Hello newbie to the group . Just like alot of new post cant figure it out so looking for help .
2006 5.9 diesel 48re 4x4 260 k
Trans was shifting fine come to a stop and got a code low psi r&i pan found filter bolts lose replaced . A day later woukd go into park . Adjusted cable some no help . Remove pan found od snap ring in park paw . I had trans replaced
With an ats stage 1 , triple disc 1500 stall and ats
Bilet flex plate . News cooler lines and cooler flushed and flow checked . 1st trans wouldn’t go into 3 rd at more than half trottle . Another valve
Body was sent out and ttv was replaced still not shifting into 3rd . Replacement trans was sent and installed . This trans will shift normal 1 to 2 15 to 20 mph 2 to 3rd around 25/28 mph then 4 th around 40 and lock at 50 normal to ligjt throttle
Seem that after its warm and you shift to park to get or set a second when out back in drive shift are high 1/2 30 mph 2/3 45/50 mph of course 4 and lock aren’t far behind . Coming to a stop and down shift are high .let truck set overnight or cool 4 hrs or so same thing again . No codes ttv % is changing with apps HELP please
