Can somebody tell me the EXACT part number or the like and an EXACT location to buy these blinkin' fittings from? I have checked all over my lil backwoods hic town, the whole dang state for that matter! Most people have no idea what I am talking about, the few that do have no idea where to get them from. One place thinks they found something that would work, but the cost was 30 bucks per fitting, these things aren't that much are they?! I have the stewart warner gauge setup like Steve Laurant, and dual senders, nothing else.

Thanks,
Jerry

Go to the link below, Brandon has forgotten more about this stuff then I will ever know #ad

When you "enter" Brandon's site, click on "directions to my shop" which will provide you numbers to reach him. He set me up with my sender for the SPA gauge.

I had to get the screwy gauge fittings from a racing supply store. Everywhere else got that "deer in headlights" look.

Ditto what BigSaint said. Brandon fixed me up with the same setup. His setup uses a swivel fitting it works great. I had him just send me the complete fitting. He said he would give me part numbers so I could purchase the parts but I was lazy and just had him send me the fitting.

They have almost everything from Earls and Aeroquip.

I use a 4an swivel cause you can mount the sender in any direction, i also use the brass 1/8th street elbow cause its has a flat area for senders that arent tapered thread and us a gasket to seal

barry glad you are happy with it, when you get some upgraded lines just pay that fitting forward
later guys
yes the jic fitting is ok and cheap but doesnt allow for alot of flexibility in installing sender

A WARNING for those using braided stainless steel lines. Braided SS is very abrasive and will saw a hole in most anything with direct contact. Make sure to allow plenty of slack and use harness (P) clips liberally.

I'll try remember to post a photo of the (CNG) fuel filter with a hole in the case from contact with a braided SS line.

That's one of the many maintenance items on my list. Luckily wifey agreed that a new TC & VB is preventive maintenance/em>. woohooo!!

Cheers;
John
