4BT conversion - throttle linkage

I'm ready to start the swap and am going from a VE pump to the p- pump and need linkage or idea's to get this working with a chevy P-3500 truck. The pump does have a lever on the splined shaft, But I need to take it from there.

Who has crossed this issue, and what did you do?

does your truck have a throttle cable? if so just make a brcket to hold the housing and put a ball on the lever.

Yes it uses a cable. I hope it is that easy. I think I need to extend the lever to get correct cable travel.

I was hoping someone had a known set-up that would bolt on it.
