4BT rebuild

Hey I just joined the forum and have learned a lot already. In about 6 months I am going to source a 4BT to put in a 72 Bronco. Anyway, I was thinking that if I go the cheapest route on getting the engine (the Wisconsin place seems cheapest) that I could rebuild the engine really hardcore to pump out 200+ HP and 400+ torque. What do you think will be the cost to ceramic coat the domes, run a marine pump, re-sleeve the cylinders with teflon skirts on the pistons, plus some bigger injectors? Any info is appreciated. Also, I don't know if anyone knows or not, but is the really new 4BT with the P2100 less of a rattletrap? I know that they are like 9 Grand, which I don't want to spend.
