I'm starting to consider selling my '03 and upgrading to a '13+ and I want to know which models have a/c vents for the back seats?
I already know how to quickly ID an Aisin truck. Anything else I should be aware of? I'm mostly looking for "can't live without" options. I'm pretty savvy on checking out the mechanicals, I just haven't learned as much about the 4th gen trucks at this point.

I think they all have at least one duct under the center console. Here is a picture of my ST (Tradesman) from the back seat. I can feel the center console down by the lever for the transfer case get cold as air goes to the back seat. You can see the vent at the bottom. No upper vents on mine

I have a SLT and mine has the floor vents as pictured above. No upper vents. Never had any complaints, and the dog really likes the floor vents lol. These trucks cool off/warm up pretty quickly. Especially if you have the temperature settings where you want them when you turn off the truck. Then start it before leaving with remote start.

There are also two small vents underneath the front seats on the floor that point towards the rear. The added vents are a plus over the 3rd gen's but they are not truly all that great. I don't ride back there so I don't really care. My kids have so many more creature comforts than I did as a kid so they can pound sand if they don't like it :D
