Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) 4hi is out but 4l works?

After gettimg out of a mud hole i noticed my 4wd indicator lite doesnt come on anymore and the truck wint go into 4hi but it will go into 4low any ideas why?

Mud packed in CAD, or vacuum line pulled off. SnoKing

The vaccum lines where missing got it put back together and it works now thanks
