Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) 4in V-band Clamp for HTB2 "killer"

I'm about to put a HTB2 Killer on the truck and I found a V-band clamp for the downpipe. Any 4in V-band clamp should work, correct? I've heard that those clamps can be weird sometimes. Thanks

Uh oh... . I am on the edge of buying a bigger turbo requiring 4" downpipe and thought they all came with appropriate hardware??

I'm buyin mine from a buddy, not brand new. I think the new ones come with all the hardware though.
