My 2013 3500 is my 6th Dodge Diesel pickup. One of the common issues that I had with all of them is lift pump reliability issues. I had installed FASS pumps on all of them. How are the lift pumps on the new trucks doing? Is there a failure issue?

It also must deliver a good bit of fuel, since the factory power rating is 385 HP.

The pump the debuted in 2005 has adequate flow for 385hp. The QSB480 only needs a 50 GPH pump, with a 25 GPH return rate, to make 480 hp. From what I can find the in-tank pump is around 50 GPH at 5 psi. When I tested mine it was near 90 GPH at 0 psi.

Thanks for the information. My plan is to NOT change anything on this truck unless there is a failure, or something to be prevented.
