Hi All, so I have a 2015, 2500. My power windows, driver and passenger will roll down for no reason and will not roll back up using the switch. It happens going over bumps, static shock in cold weather and if I do roll them down using the switch they will not roll back up unless I pull the drivers door mod 30A fuse and plug back in, and that will let me roll them back up. But the problem keeps happening. The only way to get them to roll back up is do the fuse trick. I have tried holding them in the "up" position for 10 seconds and in the "down" position for 10 seconds to reset them. No luck. I see that there is a door mod and I am wondering if that is my problem. The back windows work fine. The passenger window does the same thing as the drivers door. Every time they roll down, I pull over and pull the fuse, pop it back in and roll them up, it's a one shot deal each time they roll down.
Thought? Thanks!! Dealer was no help.

I am not sure about the fuse trick but my windows were acting up and it was in the master switch on the driver's door panel. You can pull the switch out, no need to remove the panel. Unplug it, spread out a towel and take it apart and clean it. There are 4 or 5 small screws holding it together. The contacts in the switch are the same as a kid's game controller. I cleaned mine with alcohol on a cotton swab. Works great now.

Good point,

My passenger side will not roll up using the passenger side button once rolled down. I'll try the cleaning and hope it fixes it.

Your not the only one!

Cheers,
