4th Generation dually Aluminum wheels fit 3rd Generation dually trucks ?

I've got a chance to purchase some Laramie aluminum wheels off of a 2012 Ram 3500. The backspacing appears the same as my stock steel wheels mounted on my 04.5 Ram., but that's using a tape measure so it's not exactly accurate..... Can anyone verify here that these wheels will fit my stock truck, the 04.5, and not have any fitment issues ? It looks like the backspacing is the same on these 2012 aluminum wheels and the rims are mounted with the stock 235 80 17's. Also, I understand Ram 3500 wheels are all hub-centric, so are the hub sizes the same between the 04's and 12's ? Thanks in advance for any replies.

Yes, the wheels will fit. The lug nuts won't due to Ram going metric.
