While installing the Kore HP Leveling kit I discovered the the vacuum pot on the servo is loose? It only turns about 1/16th to 1/8th of a turn and stops. The 4WD works just fine. I was just wondering if this was a normal condition?

The Center axle disconnect (CAD) on the front axle has 4 "lines" going to it. First the electrical wires that hook to the switch that tuns on the 4X4 dash light. Second is the front differential vent line, about 5/16 ID. Third and forth is the two vacuum lines, one green, one red. one engages the CAD, the other dis-engages the CAD.

Sorry about the vacuum "por". What I meant was the vacuum pot. The vaccuum diphragm housing that the vac lines connect to. Sometimes I don't proof read so well at 3:44am.

Do any of you have a pot that turns a small amount?

If I remember right it's a snap or E ring that holds the vacuum canister onto the housing so if you can rotate it a little it wouldn't bother anything.

Hey, thank you Floyd.

I did not think that it was anything too unusual but this kinda sets my mind at rest. It has a hex nut that looks as though it could be tightened, but then it would be clocked all wrong for the Vacuum connections.

Thank you and Merry Christmas to all!
