The 95 has about 2.4k miles and ticking noise from right ft. wheel. Found a chunk missing from the cast yoke assembly that is part of the section that has the 4 bolt holes in it. The part that bolts to the wheel. ( not sure what it's called) so i think that is the area that needs repair. Trying to find info on that part #, a good company for replacement u-joints, and to go with grease fittings or not. I was told the solid u-joints are stronger? I looked at some u-tube's on how to do the job but I am not having much luck on finding what threads or what TDR mag's to do more research before I get into this job. I would like some of your experience TDR members. Thank you. ken

Sounds like your wheel hub. Timken is known to be the one of the best, if not the best. Do not buy the cheap Chinese hubs! As for U-joints, I prefer joints with grease fittings. Especially on the dodges, since the axle shafts/u-joints are always turning, even in 2wd. I have seen many u-joints fail, but they have always been dry. I have never just broken a joint (under normal use). If I were rock crawling and inspecting/changing joints regularly, I would go with the joints without the grease fitting. Spicer makes cold forged joints (super strong) with and without grease fittings.

RockAuto has factory replacement brand parts. Get the Pro series. Seems they all make crap now but they will have the better grade also just be sure.
