Kinda alarmist in their approach, but makes sense. Guess they left out the part about limited slip only, but the jist is that mismatched tires cause differential overheating which causes a fire. Imagine how many CAD-equipped Rams would be burning if open diffs had the problem.



Only 10 incidents per year is hardly a trend, but at the end of the day they are trying to sell more tires and I'm sure there are plenty of soccer moms who will buy into the story.

New TOYO Tires out-----70,000 mile warranty.....

OK - these aren't for everyone - as no Tire design is - but these are so new they aren't even on the USA TOYO Website yet..... Picked them up from Les Schwab - they are apparently being made specifically for our Pickup..... heavy design with two solid outside ribs for wear. They have a 70,000 mile warranty - that's right 70,000 miles warranty - wear rated 640! We'll see
