i have a 95 5sp that will not engage 4x4 the transfer case is locking in but the CAD will not engage front end. i took the lines off and they hold some air but then loose pressure seconds later. i bought the truck bought a year ago and everything worked fine. i replaced the clutch with a southbend about 8 months ago, i did not need 4x4 this summer so i never noticed that the CAD no longer engages. i think we may have cut a vaccuum line when changing the clutch because i have found no leaky connections. does any one kno where i can get the vaccuum CAD lines, and what that part# is.

I'm thinking I would just use commercial truck airbrake hose 1/8 inch or better—any thoughts guys?? You just need to make sure you can couple to existing fittings - Valve on T/C, CAD, etc. While you're at it move the CAD vent "up and away"®! (sorry, my 4yo just got the movie) to the firewall. IMHO has helped me combat moisture deteriorating performance.

don't know about the stick shift but my auto I used a regular vacume hose to replace the lines when the dealer broke my posilok.

for what its worth, I finally got tired of the cad working when it wanted to and went with the PosiLok cable. Now there is no question whether the CAD is engaged or not.

X2 for the Posi-Lok. Throw out that garbage vacume CAD!!! You will also gain the ability to have 2 wheel drive low for backing up a trailer.
