Attention: TDR Forum Junkies 
today when i engaged 4 wheel I noticed a bit of a growl when under acceleration and when I let off with my Jake engaged, but sounded normal when under no load and moving. I off road tested the 4x4 to make sure it was working and no doubts it is engaged. It is making a somewhat of ratcheting sound when you put down the torque or let off it with the Jake engaged. Could it be a frozen CAD since it's colder than a polar bears arse here today and not letting it engage fully? It sounds perfect in 2 wheel and NO noises there and shifts into 4x4 easily. It was -5 here this am when I first noticed it so tonight I parked it in the heated shop to thaw the truck out good to test it tomorrow. If anyone has some idea please let me know.
