4x4 probs on 92 Jimmy

I have a 92 gmc jimmy 4x4. It has push button fourwheel drive.

Fourwheel drive hi stopped working.

I can get it into fourwheel low only with the transmission in nuetral.

I do have voltage to the switch.

Is it the motor in the tranfer case that going bad or what?

How hard is it to replace the motror? I don't know for sure where the motor is on the tranfsfer case.

Stupid chilton manual does not cover this.
