Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) 4x4 Shifter Rattle

How can this be fixed? I don't want to use a bungy cord for ever.

If I remember correctly there is a TB on this. it involves using a pry bar to bend a bracket? a bit as the tolerance is so close now the vibration from the CTD causes it to hit against the base and causes the rattle. If i find the TB I will post it. Cheers.

I never did figure out how the new exhaust flange spring went over or through the existing one.
