5-40 mobil syn. Any comments?

Anyone can help here... i'm about to start using mobil 5-40 wt. syn. oil... has anyone been using this? What change interval, etc, etc. Thanks in advance for any help!

Do a search using "Mobil1 Truck&SUV" or "Mobil Delvac1" and you will find plenty of discussion on that oil.
