5.9 Out of Motorhome Question??

OK. . it's not really a "conversion" per se. But i'm trying to put a 5. 9 {275hp} recall motor from a motorhome into a 1998 2500 that has a severely damaged 53 block. WHat all will we need to do as far as swapping parts,pumps,turbo etc. . do get this thing to work in the pickup truck? The motor is from a year 2000 motorhome and has roughly 5,000 miles on it. . if anyone can shed some light on this project i'd greatly appreciate it, Thanks. . Greg

The things to look out for are the speed sensor in rear axle (does your 98 have it) and the PCM combatiability with new ECM. The new engine might have the 100 pin ECM that will not work in your setup. I assume the 98 is a 24 valve model. Mike
