5" Exhaust brake

OK folks, what are my options for a 5" remote exhaust brake? I would like to put one on, but need to know what I can and can't do. I may just put a turbo mounted unit on and call it good, but am afraid I may need a bigger turbo some day I saw on here a while ago someone posted a Dodge dealer with the Jacobs for a under 600 price, but was dated over 2 years ago. Who's got good prices now if that one isn't any good any more? Thanks for the help.

Pac brake and US Gear. But I think both are only 4". I am not aware of any 5" brakes.

Get ahold of Piers diesel. I bought a 5" remote mount brake and love it. The only one that makes it is Pacbrake.
