Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) 5 inch air filter inlet flange?

Anyone using one or know of a company that makes an air filter with a 5 inch inlet flange?

The filters listed on AFE are to small. Looking for a BHAF type filter with the larger 5" inlet. Called Fleetguard, they said all of there filters are listed by application, but to call back on monday and tech service might be more helpful.
