That's right - I've negotiated a 5% discount for all TDR members who shop at http://www.RockAuto.com !



I was searching around on the 'net for a new alternator when I came across RockAuto's website. Their site is really slick to use and the sheer amount of parts they have available for ALL kinds of vehicles is extremely impressive.



I liked their site so much that I contacted them and ended up negotiating a discount for all TDR members. I do not benefit from this deal at all - I merely wanted to pass along my great experience to every other TDR member out there.



All you folks have to do is enter in a code when it comes time to checkout. The code must be typed EXACTLY as follows: TURBODIESEL



I have attached a screenshot to illustrate where to enter in the code and how it affects the pricing.



I ordered my new alternator on December 2nd - it arrived ahead of schedule on the 6th... quick shipping is only one of the benefits of dealing with these folks. When you email or talk to them over the phone they're really down to earth and a pleasure to do business with.

This was an unsolicited email I received after placing an order last week. They don't know I'm a TDR member. Too bad I didn't know about HsHs's deal since I recently ordered about $150 in stuff without any discount.



Maybe you should make it a sticky since there's at least 2 members on here that didn't get to take advantage of it - assuming the deal is still good.

Thanks to matt i saved a bunch of money on my order that was over a grand with rock auto... . top rate company... time will tell how the parts hold up.
