Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) 5 speed core?

I have a 5 speed (NV4500) that 5th went out. Can any one tell me what a core is worth with the bell housing. I don't need it any more.

I've seen them go over $300 on e-bay, without the bellhousing. I suggest selling it seperately if you want to make more $$. Mike
